We experienced it last Sept. Need to know what the dying person wants & honor their wishes.

It’s hard because it’s one of those things like birth, marriage, and college where there’s an emotional aspect to the decision and not wanting to screw it up, but there are people in that industry who will try to keep your loved one alive as long as possible, even if against their wishes & in pain, to maximize profit.

We were lucky in that we had the help of a Tongan hospice worker who helped us through the process, but the medical professionals would have kept my dad alive for weeks. As he would have said, it’s a racket.


Imposing corporate abuse, neglect and greed on deserving victims.
