I saw the interview years ago, something about high gas prices being necessary for environment.

I did a quick search moments ago; I don't see it. As I recall, it was not in a speech, but in a sit down interview. He was more careful in his speeches, apparently walking it back after it became a campaign issue.

Evil preaches tolerance until it is dominant, then it tries to silence good.
