Shocking to believe that Democrats are doing this on purpose...

...but also very hard to believe that an entire racial group could be kept down in blue states (and not in red states) without it being intentional by the blue leadership. Are Democrats really willing to sabotage the success of blacks just to keep them as a captive voting bloc?

Seems like LBJ figured out this would work better than segregation, and the Dems ran with it.
