That concern is real

I think those who have "struggled thru the data" are better prepared to ask the correct questions and better understand nuance. I wonder what will happen when junior roles are replaced (or more likely limited) based on AI usage. How well equipped with those individuals be as they progress? How well will they understand the nuance?

But I am also wary that I could be the old man yelling at clouds, "you need to struggle with the data, can't just let a machine do the work for you."

Interesting times ahead for certain.
