35+ years ago, as a young prosecutor, the senior and senior and experienced folks were invaluable in providing guidance, re strategy, writing, and of course trying cases.

Still very close with my peers who started when I did.

I worry about young professionals feeling isolated not working in an office, and interacting with AI all day.
