This is different from Trump's direct answer to Doocy's answer that I posted above. Perhaps Trump sees it differently because he was trying to defeat the MSM narrative that the bill was going to be put on the US taxpayers.....but that wasn't the question that he answered. I do consider this a lie from Trump.
