While US assistance goes throughout the world, you chose to specifically mention just Africa. This is because you think that it makes you look even better if you can virtue signal that you support black people.
Well, I support assistance to Africa and it's people. But I also support the assistance of other countries as well including countries black people, white people, Asian people, and native people. (You apparently do not as you specifically chose to only mention one continent for political correctness points for yourself.

USAID had grown into a nightmare of corruption, waste, and exportation of perversion. It also became a way for the Democrat Party to steal money to line its' pockets.
