I would have said Obama, because he is least likely to do anything in response. He has a history of drawing lines in the sand, and then doing nothing when the lines are crossed.
I think most here would agree that Clinton is more hawkish than Obama, so the choice between Obama and Clinton is easy for Putin.
I think most here would agree that Trump is more unpredictable the either Clinton and Obama, so again, the choice is easy for Putin (not Trump).
And yet, no one wants to pick Obama. I find that fascinating. I have to think that the Obama supporters are the ones who do not want to answer.
