But no. That was just awful to watch. I mean, that was painful and totally expected. Look at England's record in recent tournaments.

86th minute goal conceded against Spain to lose Euro 2024 final.
Knocked out by France in WC 2022 by a goal in the 78th minute.
Blew 1-0 lead against Italy in the Euro 2020 final and lost on penalties.
Blew a 1-0 lead against Croatia on goals in the 68th and 109th minutes to get knocked out of the WC 2018 semi-finals.
