Iran and monitoring ALL nuclear related programs to Verify that Uranium enrichment did not exceed 3.67%...i.e. nowhere near Nuclear Weapons grade. Also, the same 'incentives' (e.g. Frozen Assets) would be reapplied if Iran refused to continue allowing the IAEA monitoring.

Note that DJT announced plans to Un-Freeze Iranian assets last month...with no agreement from Iran on how those billions will be spent by them. Still no control over Iran's Uranium stockpiles...no true Regime Change...no assured opening of the Strait of Hormuz...i.e. a total disaster/failure, while we deplete expensive weapon stores that will take years to replace...cross your fingers that we...Ukraine...Israel, or NATO don't need them in the meantime.

Dems want DJT to demonstrate his "Art of the Deal" and end this war ASAP. Bombs haven't worked thus far.and an international economic recession is looming. Btw, with oil prices likely to jump before long w/o an end to the war, Iran's partner in crime...Putin (who has provided their Nuclear Technology)...stands to make a lot of money, while weakening all his foes...especially with his chosen President in office...chew on that for awhile...
