I also question whether the “Signature Events” have had the impact the PGA contemplated?

Apparently, the top players wanted a shorter season playing less weekends.

Only three weekends left for the grinders to keep their cards for next season. Big difference being in top 125 vs top 100. One off year can cost a player his card.
