expensive cities in the world. It is vital to the affordability of families, and the development of kids. That takes money...which the wealthy and corporations have in abundance...and btw, they depend on those low income residents for the quality of their own lives, so it's in their own interest to see that they can afford to continue providing those services...i.e. a "Team Effort".
