another black candidate per the ABA policies of representation rather than merit.

It is clear that DEI only works in one direction in the minds of the liberals. Their own rules would lead to an absurd conclusion that even they should be able to see. Merit is the only answer. Color blind, gender blind merit.

The ABA chick has had to acknowledge the SCOTUS ruling verbally, but they clearly don't honor it in their policies that clearly violate the ruling.
