States are refusing to turn over voter records.

Now you understand why the Dems are so adamantly against Voter ID to confirm citizenship.

It’s not really the amazingly close 50/50 on every election - which is statistically absurd at this point.
It’s actually the Dems fabricating enough illegal votes to win. As they approach their known target (acquired by voter turn out estimates and delayed voter results turned in by blue stronghold cities along with late vote by mail results), the races inevitably approach 50/50.

This also explains why Dems insist on mail in voting and counting votes received late by mail. It allows them to know their target. They especially don’t want to fall short on fabricating votes, but they also donated want to be too over obvious as they were in 2020 where Biden had an absurdly high voter turn out that raises attention.
