wealthy individuals and entities...who may...or may not...align with all the social needs across the nation. Even the ones they currently support could fall out of favor in an instant.

Passing bipartisan legislation to define, monitor and fund government social programs is the fairest and most assured way of meeting the most important needs of U.S. citizens. It also helps to have dedicated Inspectors General Offices for such funding...and not fire them for no reason.
