Esp bad how he had tax payer funded staff writing his own nominations for $ awards & work-arounds so

that he could accept the money that normally is not allowed to be accepted by a public servant in his position. The strategy outlined is disgusting.

There is a reason that govt officials aren't allowed to do this. Strategies to find ways around that should be a clue to everyone that it shouldn't be done.
