Subsequently, in Trump's first term he ended the pause on GOF research...you might want to ask him what new restrictions he put in place. One other thing...GOF has been used every year to help design the next version of 'Seasonal Flu' vaccine....so, inherently, it can be used effectively for the benefit of human kind.
