I am all for capitalism, free competitive markets, and entrepreneurship.

But, not the wild wild west. Effective and responsible regulation in all matters. Not bureaucracy, but meaningful checks and safety nets.

Re AI, Trump's crew is largely deferential to Musk et al, and Silicon Valley. I would hope that the United States Government would lead from the front in safeguarding AI's power.
