...compare that with an ~6% RR for Knee Surgeries...i.e. hardly "Mutilation" for them...they go on to live much happier lives..and that's what counts.

Your innate bias has completely taken over your ability to think objectively...or with any concern for what They...the GD Patients...want.

Oh, and GD isn't just about Anatomy...it's about Body Chemistry as well...along with Social/Environmental experiences. You, apparently are fixated on only Anatomy, which is why you can't 'Get It', and appreciate their Dysphoria.
