The way it Should work, is for ICE to do its homework before arresting people and stop this

"Shoot First...Ask Questions, Later" mentality. In this case, the woman has no criminal record...is well known to Immigration authorities...is not a flight risk...i.e. ICE has all the time it needs to "Get It Right" before causing harm to innocent people. But, since the Man at the Top, doesn't think that way, neither do they.
