The cover-up IS the thing. It was extremely material in February of 2020 to squelch a more than plausible theory (view of 83.3% of the experts at THAT time) because of concern over your own personal exposure, be it culpability or reputational, for funding THE lab in question. I don't much care about his motive...only his actions AT THE TIME.

(Not even getting into the steering of the Proximal Origin paper in Nature (March 17, 2020) which was used as the foundation for dismissing lab origin and has fallen under increasing scrutiny and questioning by other scientists.)

Reason Fauci secured a pardon from (God only knows who actually gave it to him) going back to 2014 and the beginning of NIH funding of WIV. Fauci clearly knew and knows where he was potentially exposed up until he was given his Get Out of Jail free card.

When you bring your supposed "substance"...please make it relevant to the specific point at hand.
