For those of us with an inner voice (apparently not everyone, which explains some things)...

the inner voice is in a language. And the language of the inner voice is thought to also affect the way people think. For AI, its inner language/voice would be in binary chunked into tokens. This is why it can read and respond in any language. What happens when AI is run on quantum computers utilizing qubits rather than binary? It could get very interesting.
