His BC says that he was born in Colon Panama, outside of the Canal Zone. He was sued on this

basis. He avoided the issue via article 3 standing, the same way Soetoro has avoided having to prove his background.

I never said that Soetoro was born in Africa. I have no idea where he was born. To this day he still refuses to make public any documents proving anything regarding his past.

Arthur is another that got away with it.
