Now, the Infrastructure Bill which will be coming will spend that and possibly more, however it is necessary, and we as a country will get something tangible out of it (unlike the Stimulus Package Deal in which 831 Billion dollars literally just disappeared with nothing to show for it.

So, I'll take that bet if you exclude the Infra Bill.
