Pretty solid proof Stalin did sick shit, to everyone who doesn't teach at an American university. But there is no proof that this guy is a dick, let alone a criminal of any kind. I would instead call a 'dick' the dude who thinks he is weird for vigorously defending his good name. Just saying.
