There is a check on FBI power, in case of corruption or rogue actions - it is called "the federal judiciary," which is not a rubber stamp (and this is not FISA)! Isn't that great?!

You reflexively defend this guy - and I have no idea who he is, or what he did, and neither do you - for ideological, not legal, reasons. How you don't see that, I don't know.
