Flynn was charged with lying about specific things discussed with the Russian ambassador. You didn't list any of those things. So, the "lies" you are talking about were not the "lies" being discussed in court, or being charged by the FBI.
I assume when you say he "lied" you are talking about his failure to register as a lobbyist, something that is fairly common, and handled with retroactive filings like the ones Podesta filed because like Flynn, he also failed to register as an agent for the Russian-backed Ukrainian president (I'm guessing that is what you guys mean when you say "the Russians"), and the nation of Turkey. Same clients as Flynn. Same offense as Flynn. Do you think all unregistered lobbyists are traitors to the country? (I put "lie" in quotes because it is not clear to me that being an unregistered lobbyist is the same thing as lying.)
