However, Fairfax is not awaiting confirmation to the US Supreme Court.

Should he resign if he vehemently denies the allegations?

If he is unwilling to resign, do not know whether VA has an impeachment process to force him out of office???

But Democrats should pursue ouster if they have good faith reason to believe the allegations have merit.
