Even assuming prison officials paid off, highly highly unlikely there was more than one party involved in the payoff.
The party would be Epstein or a single target amongst those targets under investigation.
Makes no sense that multiple targets agreed to hire a guy to pay off inmates to stage a suicide or pay off prison officials to turn a blind eye. Too many moving parts.
Leading scenario is that Epstein wanted to end his life without help. Second leading scenario is that Epstein wanted to end his life, but needed cooperation from the prison. And paid for the window to kill himself.
