Great question from Rush today while I was driving home. This was a lynchpin source of the "Russian collusion" charges that warranted his investigation. Yet, after 2 years and 35 million dollars and a team of 16 partisan Dem lawyers, they never even mentioned this in his report.
The IG discovered it immediately.
