He’s more a bullshitter than a liar

Bullshitters don’t choose lies over truth, they just say whatever they want and have no interest in the truth at all. Truth, lies - that doesn’t matter.
He says whatever helps him most in the moment. He does not care if it is true or not.

That makes him an exceptionally dangerous president.
