That he is willing to risk absolutely nothing on a friendly wager about the inevitable outcome of the bullshit he pushes.

Furthermore, he will justify his ridiculous assertions by claiming "there are reports" of whatever horseshit he just typed.

But, you know that as well as literally everyone else on here.
