What went right or wrong.

We have to completely gut a 6x12 bathroom with a tub. Staring down at $40,000 all-in. Includes heated floor, installation of an exhaust fan, custom cabinets made to fit the space, moving a radiator, tile on the floors and walls.

What's worth it and what isn't?
