Our starts at the end of March. We don't need the heated floors here in Florida but everything else is being torn out and redone. We are all in about $22K. We kicked around the idea of removing the garden tub and relocating the shower but that drove up the cost. I hear nightmares about any remodels and this will be our first. We'll be glad when it's over and completed.
