Very unfortunate, that's where we are. I no longer trust our justice system on cases like this one.
You may get an honest investigation...you may not. It's a roll of the dice. They have lost my confidence, which totally sucks.
Evil preaches tolerance until it is dominant, then it tries to silence good.
