I tend to agree with Cuomo about the Senate bill... if he has the numbers right.

NYC is the epicenter in the US and should get as much $ as it takes to save lives. But if he's just angling for a bigger piece of the pie, now is not the time. I have no clue on this. I hope he and the Administration can iron this out.
