Can everyone choose any form of protest they wish at their workplace because they feel justified?

He's in an entertainment industry. Does an owner have to employ someone who is driving away part of the fanbase? Why?

He needed to draw far more fans than he was alienating and he didn't have the ability to do that.

I believe what he was protesting certainly had validity and deserved to be raised...though he often couldn't articulate his position coherently
