January 19, 2021 -- Trump resigns, and Pence is sworn in. Pence Pardons Trump.
January 20, 2021 -- Biden is sworn in.

But, don't worry. I'm sure the Southern District of NY will try to arrest Trump for something. I mean, why not, right?
