I'm not being an advocate here. I think, objectively, that SCOTUS will decline to restrict an explicit power of another branch of government like that.

I could be wrong. And, as I say, I hope we never find out. To paraphrase the worst "The Shirt" ever, I'm hoping that the Dems rise above themselves.
