Actually, I did say Southern District, didn't I. I was mistaken, because that is a federal designation. I meant whatever state prosecutors there are in that area. Or, you could use D.C. prosecutors. Who am I to pick the method for destroying the peaceful transition of power in our democracy? That is up to you.
