So you know more about the facts than the District Attorney?

It is a charging decision.

The officer is presumed innocent. He has a right to effective counsel and the right to a trial before a fair and impartial jury.

The same as any other person charged with a crime.

Yet, you cannot blame those paid Atlanta cops who call out sick.

And, you have no explanation.
