Biden would be advised to stay in his basement. As long as he stays there, Trump is running against a perception, not a candiate. Trump cannot beat him. If Biden comes out, and debates, then anything can happen...not in Biden's interest.

Evil preaches tolerance until it is dominant, then it tries to silence good.
