over those decades our Election Systems use Voter Registration Lists...Signature Matching...and Paper Trails that have caught what few frauds there have been to the satisfaction of all parties...including the 2024 election. Consequently, that reality negates risking the Disenfranchisement of many thousands of legal voters from casting their ballots...i.e. the "Cost/Benefit" analysis of having or not having Photo ID favors NOT having such Voter Suppressing restrictions.
