Have represented several college kids over the years who were being investigated for rape, yet never charged. In many of those cases, camera footage was exculpatory.

Often, the coed is all in (consenting) in real time, but then regrets the sexual encounter the following morning and is now a “victim” in a “Men Bad … Women Good” culture.
