You did not answer a single one of my three questions. I would prefer that you answer them explicitly prior to moving on.

Your exclusive reliance on Wiki is itself left-wing biased (see Manhattan Institute study linked below). More to your (or Wiki's) specific points, the exchanges between Rod Rosenstein and Senators in sworn testimony linked below contradict some of those points and make three facts clear:

1) The Steele Dossier was garbage, and the FBI knew it.

2) Despite #1, the FBI did indeed rely heavily on the Dossier in applying for permission to spy on Trump's campaign (i.e., FISA Warrant Applications).

3) Rod Rosenstein would not have signed the FISA Application(s) had they not been falsified by the FBI with 17 egregious errors.

I'll admit that Rosenstein is a Republican weasel, but you seem to love bipartisanship. I also seriously doubt that he would knowingly lie under oath. His body language suggested he was wetting his pants trying to avoid making that mistake after his obvious screw-up in signing the application.

So, I'll ask my questions again before we proceed...

Does the shoddy (I would say fraudulent) nature of a certified legal document submitted to a court requesting permission to spy on a presidential campaign concern you at all?

Should the people who made and certified those egregious errors as verified be held accountable, and how so?

Do you agree with Horowitz’ conclusion that the initiation of the Trump-Russia investigation was NOT influenced by political bias? Why or why not?
