Did Biden pick someone based on their race/appearance? He said he did.
The only other option is that race determines qualities other than appearance, and he picked based on those qualities. Why don't you tell us what other qualities you think are determined by race? If you can't, then we are back to the original point, that Biden appoints based on how people look.
