There is nothing false in the CATO Institute Report...Biden is not responsible for the surge of

immigrants, which as you acknowledge began on Trump's watch...and the Title 42 actions served only to double or triple the numbers of encounters due to the same people trying multiple times to enter. The Report also points out the existing laws...which are compliant with Constitutionally mandated "Due Process" provisions...constrained the Biden administration from taking the kinds of heavy handed and illegal actions that Trump has employed...such as deporting hundreds if not thousands of immigrants without any judicial hearings, at all.

Not sure you'll ever take the time to appreciate what the CATO Report is conveying, but all I can say is 'Keep Trying'....
