Well, those are more difficult to obtain than drivers licenses in many states.

Because you have to establish state residency and in the case of hunting licenses you have to go through a hunters safety program.

But using those for voting is stupid. The solution is easy, national voter ID and all of the verification processes I've already outlined. Incredibly stupid we can't just solve this problem once and for all, we have the technology yet lack the will and/or competence.
