El-Sayed's statements are correct...a) Many nations with taxpayer funded HC allow citizens to have Private Insurance if they want it...but they still need to pay the taxes for National HC Insurance...and b) El-Sayed Chose to Not enter Clinical Practice...like ~20% of All Med School Grads...so he didn't have to enter a Residency, or take a Licensing Exam...in other words...he didn't "Fail" Anything...and he, by virtue of his MD, he is indeed a "Doctor".
