I missed the explanation of how the wealth was "Il-Gotten."

The gap between professional athletes pay is just as bad. Was this also "ill-gotten."

And in the 50's and 60's union labor did not compete with that from a gazillion other much poorer countries.

But today... government spending to many many times higher than in the 50's and 60's... as are taxes.

And today the wealthy pay a far far higher % of the tax load that the rest of the population, half of which pay no Federal taxes.

It's ENVY pal... pure and simple.
